This website uses enquiry forms for table bookings, group bookings and corporate events. When you complete one, we receive the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, preferred date, guest numbers, occasion or event type, and anything you write in the message field.
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and arrange your booking.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, pyg.ie records basic technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site you arrived from. This is used to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

- Arrange and confirm bookings
- Keep the website working and improve it
- Send marketing emails, if you have asked to receive them
We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that operate this website and our email, so they can deliver those services to us, and where we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails and booking correspondence are kept for 12–24 months and then deleted. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulations you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop using it for marketing
- Restrict or object to how we use it
