Important booking notes
These notes are direct on purpose. Read them before you book — they save the awkward conversation at the door.
- Indoor seating only. Outdoor tables operate on a walk-in basis.
- A booking guarantees a seat in the restaurant, but not a specific table or area. If more than one table is booked, we cannot guarantee that tables will be located beside each other.
- All guests must be over 21. Proof of ID is required on arrival and digital IDs are not accepted.
- A card number is required to secure the booking. €10 per person may be charged to secure the booking and is deducted from the total spend on the day.
- Bookings can be edited or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation time.
- A booking does not guarantee entry. Pygmalion reserves the right to refuse admission. Dress code is casual; sportswear is not accepted.
- No split bills. Card and contactless are the accepted payment methods.
- A 12.5% service charge is added to the final bill.
- Cakes, balloons and decorations are not permitted on the premises.
